His wife, former Miss New York Jaclyn Nesheiwat, said that Stapp came home drunk around 8 a.m and when questioned, he threw a bottle of orange juice, Orangina, at her. She said the bottle missed her head and broke when it fell on the floor. She ran away and called 911 for help, she said. The ‘With Arms Wide Open’ singer has been asked to stay away from his wife and their home. However, he can use the recording studio in their home. He has also been asked to take drug tests and refrain from alcohol and drugs. They got married in 2006. And they had a baby girl in January. The controversial band, Creed, was sued in 2003 over Stapp’s drug addiction issue. Stapp is pursuing a solo career after the band broke up in 2004.
